Return policy

All refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee and postage and packaging is Non Refundable. Refunds will be completed minus this 10% handling fee + Postage and Packing.
 
The cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the goods were sent with "Free Delivery" then the cost of postage, paid by us, will be deducted from any refunds. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. We strongly recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage for any returned item(s) and we would respectfully, request that you notify us by email once the return items have been posted.
