A complete set of 3 elephant moneyboxes designed by Luigi Colani for Dresdner Bank, 1963

Executed in olive green ABS plastic.

They measure as follows:

Small - approx 8.5 cms long by 7 cms high
Medium - approx 13 cms long by 10 cms high
Largest - approx 21 cms long by 17 cms high.

All are in excellent condition, with only very minor traces of use. Complete with an all-important key (the medium and large versions have lockable panels on the underside). This is a rare opportunity to acquire a full set in one colour; don't miss out!

The Berlin-born designer is renowned for his dynamic yet quirky organic furniture and industrial design. High profile commissions include Alfa-Romeo, Lancia, Volkswagen, BMW, Villeroy and Boch, Boeing, Rosenthal and NASA. For more information see Designaddict's page devoted to him here.
