We aim for next day delivery if orders are placed before 3pm. On rare occasions some orders may take longer although we will always keep you informed.

If you live in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland please email for a shipping quote before ordering. We cannot send items to these regions until we have quoted the correct price and additional shipping charges have been paid where necessary.

We use Business Post, DHL, City Link and TNT as our couriers and they all require a contact telephone number in order to deliver goods so please make sure you provide one when ordering. If you require a tracking number please email us.

Collection - Collection is not possible at present.

EU or International customers - please email for a shipping quote. If the product develops a fault we cannot be responsible for return shipping. Most items come with EU warranties but please check locally.
Warranty

All our items come with a full Fujitsu warranty - please remember to register your warranty as soon as your new laptop arrives.

If your laptop arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) please email me with full details and we will offer a refund or replacement.

If your laptop develops a fault please call Fujitsu customer support  - they will be able to sort out a repair or replacement or may even be able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone.

Once you have purchased your Fujitsu laptop you can use Fujitsu full technical support services.
Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item upon receipt you can return it to us for a refund, less postage. Please contact us before returning any item.

All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, in the original packaging and fully insured to the total value of the goods. You must also use a courier who provides tracking information.
