Delivery: All orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving a cleared payment, normally this means orders are dispatched on the same day that they are placed. Returns: If you wish to return any item (other than faulty goods) that is unopened and in new condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please state your order date, ebay ID, listing reference number, name and address and we will issue you with an RMA number. Once you receive notification of the RMA number, you can return the goods to: Rapid Batteries, PO Box 103, Newtown, SY16 2WT. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund less any postage charges paid.

Faulty Goods: If you wish to return any item that is faulty, please contact us within 1 year of purchase. Please state your order date, ebay ID, listing reference number, name and address and we will issue you with an RMA number. Once you receive notification of the RMA number, you can return the goods to: Rapid Batteries, PO Box 103, Newtown, SY16 2WT. Upon receipt of the goods, we will test and inspect the faulty goods. If the goods are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us by Royal Mail second class post, and offer either a refund or replace the goods that are faulty. If the goods are found not to be faulty we will return the goods back to you at no cost to you, however we will not cover your postage costs for the return of the items to us.
