All appliances are electrical. There are no gas appliances.
No hill trekking is required. This property does not require climbing up Chipmonk mountain. It is in the resort and within 5-10 minutes walk of all the resort amenities.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony area.
Due to the excellent weather of the region this is a year round resort.
Accommodation
This beautiful apartment sleeps 5 adults . It has a twin bedded bedroom with double wardrobes and a free safety deposit box for your use. The lounge has 2 double bed settees and a roll out single bed.
The Lounge has a dining area and extensive Lounge seating /Basic Local *SKY TV (All channels subject with DVD / CD & PS2 with a selection of films and games. / A large fan / Mosquito zapper.
*Available channels subject to local conditions and availability with the equipment that is installed.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with Hob / Oven / Microwave/ Fridge freezer/ washing machine / Iron / Toaster / kettle / all cutlery and crockery.
The Bathroom has a bath / over bath shower / Bidet & vanity unit with shaver point.
Sleeping accommodationThe single bedroom has twin single beds /Double wardrobe / Free standing air cooling unit / hairdryer.The Lounge has 2 double sofabeds and a single roll out bed. And we also offer a free cot for an infant.
The Patio offers table & chairs and exclusive sunbeds /
The Complex has a communal swimming pool open from 08.00 until 20.00.
The airport is only about 2 kilometers from the resort. We can arrange transfers on your behalf to and from the apartment (With an external company Subject to availability)
THE RESORT
This beautiful resort is the perfect base for exploring the island. There is plenty to do in the resort for many tastes and ages.
It has a child safe beach with some crazy golf courses and a full size golf course for the more serious.
There are many water based activities and excursions. Snorkeling, diving & boating etc.
There is a popular water park about 20 minutes by bus in Corralejo.
An extensive and popular safari park / zoo to the south in Jandia. (We loved it. A fantastic day out)
Numerous excursions are widely available or you can venture to them by local public transport.
Car hire is widely available and at a reasonable price. A good quality car at present is around 30 euros per day. (However, other deals can be found)
The resort has a variety of quiet bars, bars with entertainment and a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.
There is an excellent Saturday market for purchasing gifts and to practice your bartering skills. (It's expected)
Many bars offer entertainment along with coverage of UK sports and soaps.
British TV is widely available in bars and lounges.
A 20 minute walk along the seafront takes you to the Atlantico shopping complex. It offers restaurants, many quality shops, a large spar supermarket, a cinema, a ten pin bowling complex, and nearby is the island's only golf course.
A 15 minute bus ride takes you to Porta del Rosario where there is a huge new shopping complex with multi floors.
If you fancy a trip to Lanzarote there is a ferry several times a day.
For the more adventurous you can drive up Betacura mountain where the scenery is just breathtaking. (So is the drive up the mountain)
Comments: My husband & I had a fab time at Billy & Lynda's apartment...would recommend going away for some winter sun in November! The apartment was well equipped, set in a lovely complex; quiet, with friendly neighbours. Pool very inviting. Only a short walk away from restaurants and beach - highly recommended. Owners keep you informed throughout booking process. Highly recommend airport transfers; wonderful service. Also recommend excursions, which are easily booked within the resort, at the local tourist office...OasisPark (zoo) & Island hopping, worth a visit.

Comments: We have just come back from staying in the apartment with our 2 teenage boys. The apartment is great, PS2 for the boys and a balcony with the sun on it the longest out of everyones for us! We had a fantastic time, the pool is wonderful and the town is only a short walk away. We would definately use this apartment again as it was so well kitted out and so convenient. Thanks very much

Comments: We had a really lovely holiday in March - the weather was gorgeous, sunny almost every day. The apartment was very clean and really well fitted out with every item you could need plus all the little extras as well such as books, dvd's, playstation, beach toys etc. Excellent apartment for families within 10 minutes of town, take-aways, beach, shops, lovely sand park for kids... what more can I say?!!!

It has a quiet location but only 2 minutes from a great selection of bars, restaurants etc. The roads are flat and would be a good choice for people who do not want to walk far. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a lovely cooling flow of air at any time of day. For those who wish to cook at home the kitchen has a full range of facilities including a large oven and micr oven as well as sky tv if you wish to have a night in.Lovely swimming pool with designated lungers. All in all an excellent choice of apartment for a holiday in Fuerte."

However, as a material condition of your booking you must have adequate holiday insurance cover - to - cover medical, injury, personal property and cancellation charges. The owners accept no liability whatsoever for for loss or damage however caused on or around the property during your holiday. Likewise any injury or loss of life however caused on or around the property is also excluded. Any dispute will be settled by UK jurisdiction.
