Brembo painted brake discs are protected by a
special anti-corrosion coating. In
this way, their aesthetic appeal and functionality
remain undiminished over time.Ideal for open alloy
wheels on high-end vehicles, the brake discs do not
need to be cleaned before mounting and therefore
facilitate installation.
Original screws often break off and it is not
possible to substitute them.Then Brembo offers a fixing screw kit directly
available inside the boxes.
The Bearings are already assembled into the brake
disc. This way there is no risk of damaging the
bearing while taking it off from the old disc.The
solution offered by Brembo includes, on models where
designed by the Manufacturers, also the ASB sensor
integrated into the bearing.
HC
means special cast irons, with characteristics aimed
at the production of certain brake discs, not easily
achievable with standard production, but only trough
high technology facilities and Brembo specific
metallurgical knowledge.
Thanks to a better damping factor, these cast irons
can reduce
noises and vibrations.
