  <li>In order to establish the reason for the wrong part - UK customers must provide us with the vehicle full registration ; overseas customers must provide chassis number/VIN number.</li>

  <li>When the word "Opt" is NOT in the item's title AND the wrong part was due to error/s in our item desciption/catalogue - we will either offer UK customers a swap for the correct part or a full refund  (including initial and return shipping cost). For NON-UK customers all parts should be verified as correct by us via email/ebay message before purchase in order to warrant any refund.<br />
