Great COLLECTIBLE Teddy Bear FIGURINE "Me To You" brand UK "For Someone Special" Papel Giftware

This cute collectible resin figurine stands approx. 2.75 inches tall.  It is by PAPEL GIFTWARE, A Cast Art Company and is a ME TO YOU brand Teddy Bear by Hiranda (artist?), as is stamped on the base with their logo and "2000 Carte Blanche Greetings, Licensed by Design Ltd UK".  The figurine is of a grey patched teddy bear holding a wire string which may've had a balloon at the end?  He has a cute blue nose and sits on a round black base around which is written in white "For Someone Special".  There are no chips, no cracks and no crazing!
