Short note on returns

A charge of 15% (min £3) restocking charge will be made for any returns (unless an item is faulty). Refunds (sent back at your cost/risk) will be minus original P&P.

Cut Cable does not qualify for return.

Delivery
we regret we are unable to give timed deliveries. We will not guarantee delivery for any particular time or day etc, even if requested to do so. Any delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be 2 to 5 working days from the clearance of payment. We use many different couriers including Royal mail.
