I am so confident of the items I sell but do realise that distance buying invloves a certain amount of risks on the buyers perspective, therefore I am offerring REFUNDS should your item fail to live up to what I have described/advertised. This does not include the following:<p> 1. a change of heart, <p>2. Not fit into the desired place in your home, <p>3.damage sustained in transit if ENHANCED insurance cover was not taken out, <p>4. colour was not what you expected etc, etc. <p>Refunds must be claimed within 5 working days of reciept via EMAIL first. Please note that should you be arranging your own courier collection, I am not able to offer refunds/returns. Your courier/representative will be asked to sign a goods received form prior to release of any item which will state that they have received the item(s) in good condition,  and thus my responsibility is complete.  Upon receipt of ANY item returned to me, I will then assess and award accordingly. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same saleable condition that they left me. <p> ANY Refunds are for the ACTUAL item and relevant seller fees and NOT for postage costs. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all carriage costs to have the item sent back to me is paid for.<p> PLEASE DO NOTE THAT I WILL CHECK FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE PRIOR TO AWARDING A REFUND.
