If you have paid via paypal and or credit card over the phone and are collecting, please note that you will be required to bring a copy of your payment/receipt and will be asked to sign a goods received form. This complies with the latest security measures and is in force to protect and safe guard our customers.

If you are arranging your own couriers, please make them aware that they will be required to bring some form of proof of purchase, I have an alarming amount of couriers whom ring up (or turn up unannounced) to say that they are collecting something and no name. Without the correct proof (such as invoice or your name even) I will turn them away. In addition, your courier will be asked to sign a goods received notification declaration as all my items are handed over in their pristine condition - saves any mis-understandings later on!

Please note that I do not make a profit on shipping, costs are for REPUTABLE furniture carriers to ensure that your item arrive as they should & when they should. Upon confirmed booking from us, the appropriate carrier will contact you direct to organize delivery, please therefore ensure you have supplied us with your appropriate contact details.

London & SE England: £35.00 (7- 14 working days)
Rest of England: £35 (14-21 working days)
Wales: £35 (up to 21-28 days)

HOW DELIVERY WORKS:
1. Upon receipt of payment I will book collection of your item with the appropriate carrier, so make sure you have provided CORRECT telephone number(s) and Email addresses. I will more than often take the address that you hold on ebay/paypal unless you tell me otherwise.
2. The carriers collect from me ONCE weekly, so ensure PROMPT payment so I can get your booking form done on time.
3. The carriers will EMAIL first with a proposed date they intend on delivering, for which you will need to CONFIRM by return DIRECT to them, and NOT me! They will also closer to the day provided a time slot.
4. Whilst I have a general idea on delivery dates, please remember that I am not in control of suitable days etc as each carrier will have their own schedules, any special requirements, please negotiate DIRECT with them. Most deliveries will fall on a week day, so please ensure that you have provided a VALID TELEPHONE number as your delivery booking cannot be completed without one, likewise should there be a failed delivery, you may be subjected to a re-delivery fee.
***I do not make money on shipping, this is an exasperating issue, so please do not assume that I have added a few extra ££'s on, as this is highly insulting. I do not charge for packaging, but all items are sent out appropriately packed.
***The above list indicates one item shipped only, for additional items carried at the same time to the same address, please add a further £40 for each item added.
***Delivery is DOORSTEP, GROUND LEVEL only, so ensure that you have sufficient help when taking delivery of big & bulky items, carriers are NOT insured to lift items into your home, so please do not ask as refusal often offends.
***Delivery times are given as guidance and is dependent upon CLEARED payment for your item, do also ensure you have provided contact telephone number upon payment otherwise this WILL add delays to your delivery should you fail to not provide this information.
***Many carriers are working towards being Eco-friendly, therefore will try and group deliveries in together, do your bit to help the environment and help to ensure that we leave a wonderful world for our children & grandchildren! You can help by simply accommodating given delivery dates by the courier.
***Make sure that any damages/discrepancies are noted down at the POINT of delivery and on the DELIVERY note BEFORE you sign and the driver leaves. Damage claims cannot be raised with ANY carrier if you have signed for your goods and not marked down faults.
***Most deliveries will fall on a week day, so please ensure that you have provided a VALID TELEPHONE number as your delivery booking cannot be completed without one, likewise should there be a failed delivery, you may be subjected to a re-delivery fee.
AGAIN!!! Do ensure that you have correctly checked your item and marked down any faults prior to signing the delivery note as we are unable to raise any damage claims if this has not been noted down at the time of delivery.

Insurance is obligatory and this gives added peace of mind knowing that should there be a problem in transit, the carrier is fully responsible for your item. This means that your matter will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and where necessary the correct steps taken with the least amount of disruption to you.
My chosen carriers are carefully selected as I have been burnt far too many times with rogue cowboy couriers.
Your insurance covers for loss and damage of your item when it is in the possession of the appropriate carrier. Please do note that insurance does not cover for items of glass and mirrors, but rest assured I would never send anything out unless it was appropriately packed.
Should there be a problem with your item upon receipt, please email me at the earliest opportunity and I will raise this with the carrier.
