We will accept returns only on items purchase with “Buy it Now “And  listed as ” BRAND NEW WITH TAGS”  for only one reason i.e  if the items is significantly different from the item listing or description of  the item.
The following reasons DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUND/RETURN
         
 No returns if  buyer purchased item made an error i.e wrong size or style or colour or fabric.
NO returns on items that do not fit correctly as all measurements are given as accurately as possible and pictures provided , so please check the item will fit, before bidding.
Please note we DO NOT accepted returns on items listed or described as FAULTY ,FACTORY SECOND ,or USED
Buyer must contact us via ebay email message within 24 hrs of delivery of the item for return stating reason for return and if return is agreed the Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery .Item must be return in the original packaging with tags ,untouched, unworn or not used.
 Please note that a  restocking fee of £5 or 10% final original sale price for transaction over £50 will be charge on  all returns and will be deducted final sale price before refund
We do not refund cost of postage and packing  and the cost of shipping return item back to us.
