The Fine Furniture Co~ operates a 7 day return policy, with the following guidelines.

  • All items must be checked on delivery for damages
  • Any damages MUST be reported to the driver
  • The delivery paperwork must be marked 'DAMAGED IN TRANSIT'
  • The seller must be informed of any damages within 48 hours of delivery
  • Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging by registered post
  • The return costs will be met by the buyer
  • IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ADHERRED TO THEN THE SELLER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE
