Service
We aim to send an email to the email address that is registered with eBay within 24 hours of the auction closing. This email will give you all of the information about processing your order.
Payment must be received within 5 working days of the auction ending and items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of funds clearing (unless otherwise stated). We will send a “Dispatch Notification” email once your item has been dispatched.
We adhere to eBay non-paying bidder policy, If no contact is made or payment is not received within the time stated above we will file a non-paying bidder alert against you.
All items are Brand New. We do not sell ex display/graded/seconds (unless otherwise stated) All items are guaranteed to be, as described in our listings, and as such, all sales are final.

We aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service and resolve any questions that you might have prior to making a purchase. If you are unsure as to the suitability of any item for a particular purpose you should contact us prior to purchase.
Payment Method
We only accept PayPal.
Checkout must be completed and payment received within 5 working days of the auction closing. Once payment has been received will send you a “Payment Received Notification” email to keep you informed of the status of your order.
Delivery
We guarantee to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days and we will send a “Dispatch Notification” email once your item has been dispatched (we always obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office).
We dispatch all goods via Royal Mail who aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri) for UK services and 5-10 working days for International services. If your item has not arrived after 7 working days (Mon-Fri) for UK services or 14 days for International services, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding it for you. (Delivery times are provided by the Royal Mail, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary particularly during peak periods.)
Please note the Royal Mail do not class a UK item as being “Lost in Transit” until 15 working days (Mon-Fri) have passed (21 working days for International services). If after this period your item has still not been received, please contact us immediately and we will lodge a compensation claim against the Royal Mail who will subsequently contact you by letter to confirm that the original item was never received and we will either send out a replacement item or issue a refund via your PayPal account.
All items are insured against loss or damage in transit.
If an item is unable to be delivered to the stated address and is returned to sender, all additional delivery costs incurred to redeliver the item must be met by the buyer before the item is re-sent.
We operate on a Postal Basis Only and do not have the facilities to operate a collection service. We aim to keep our P&P charges to a realistic minimum however the P&P charge do include costs of administration, handling, materials and labour on top of the postal price.
Returns Policy
Items Faulty On Arrival
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty on arrival please contact us immediately (within 7 days) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and correct return address (some items must be returned directly to our supplier for a replacement). We will NOT accept returns without a valid RMA Number. A replacement or refund will be given only if the item is returned in its original undamaged packaging with all instructions and documentation within 7 days of the receipt date (unless approved by prior agreement). After this time a refund may not be possible and a replacement only will be issued. We test all returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty you will be liable for the return postage before the item is returned to you.
Items Damaged In Transit
For any item that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with delivery details such as date/time of delivery, and provide us with photographic evidence of the damaged caused. On receipt of this information we will issue a replacement (we cannot issue a refund in this situation unless item is out of stock) and lodge a compensation claim against the Royal Mail who will subsequently contact you by letter to confirm the damage. (Please ensure you hold onto the damaged item and all its packaging in case the item is required for inspection, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us).
Non-Faulty Items
All none faulty items can also be returned if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, however we must be informed of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be in a resalable "AS NEW" condition with all its original undamaged packaging and instructions/documentation. The buyer must pay all return P&P costs inc insurance. Please note once you have informed us that you wish to return an item you have 14 days to do so. All returned items MUST be sent insured via Recorded/Special Delivery as we are unable to issue a refund for items we do not receive. (We advise you to retain your proof of postage in case of loss or damage in transit.)
Items Faulty within Guarantee Period
All items have a 12 Month Return To Manufacturer Guarantee against defects of workmanship and materials. This guarantee does not include damage as a result of every day wear & tear, commercial use, accidental damage or faults resulting from a failure to follow instructions provided with the product. Please retain the invoice issued with your item as proof of purchase as you will be asked to quote the sale date and invoice No. If an item develops a fault within the 12 month period then please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and correct return address (some items must be returned directly to our supplier for a replacement). We will NOT accept returns without a valid RMA Number. |
