To reduce the environmental impact, all winning items come with Eco-Friendly packaging. Gift boxes are also available with an extra cost of USD 1.00 each.

Custom Tax
We mark all items as gift with minimal item values. Some European countries and Canada may be subject to pay import tax duties. Please check your local custom office for declaration details, and we would not be responsible for any tax incurred.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange of the items if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. All our items are custom and handmade, and as a result they are only available in limited quantity. The return delivery cost of the original merchandise would be at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with the original packaging intact.

It usually takes about 10 to 15 business days for delivering worldwide. We also offer Express Mail Service (EMS). Please e-mail us for more details.

3. The Early Bid + Free Watch program is designated for both our loyal existing and new customers. We would like to benefit as many customers as possible, therefore each eBay member account, with a
linked PayPal account and shipping address will only be entitled for one-time gift redemption only. In other words, one PayPal account with the same shipping address associated with the same eBay member ID is allowed to redeem one gift one time ONLY.
4. These Ring Style / Bracelet / Leather Watches are FREE gifts. No additional / hidden cost would be applied. No shipping and handling fee is required. It is ABSOLUTELY FREE!! Simply meet the "Early Bid" reqirements, and you will entitle to redeem the gift.
5. Payment for the won watch must be settled on or before December 31, 2009 to qualify the program. All unpaid items and outstanding payments will not be taken into account for the gift redemption.
6. Redemption can be made through our Customer Service via e-mail at ReginaldGaston@gmail.com. After validating your "Early Bid", we will reply your e-mail and provide full list of free gift choices. You can select your free watch from the web page we provide or e-mail us again specifying your choice. Watch styles and colors are limited and will be on first come first serve basis.
7. All un-notified "Early Bids" will be forfeited after December 31, 2009, and no longer be valid for redeeming any other gift, value or for money refund. Please make sure you meet the entitlement requirements by the program deadline.
8. Shipment of free gift will be complimentary if the free gift is sent together with your purchase. In view of this, kindly confirm your free gift redemption when you have won the "Early Bidded" watch auction.
9. Free gift is sent via postal service. Reginald Gaston will not be liable for any damage of goods during shipment. However, we will offer a replacement of damaged gift due to shipment should the buyer agrees to bear all shipment costs for the returned goods.
10. The custom declaration note will be marked as a "Gift" for all shipment of the redeemed gift, we will therefore not bear any potential custom tax incurred.
