(OTHER THAN UK TICKETS WILL BE SENT VIA AIRSURE OR AIRMAIL WHICH IS £13 THIS IS INSURED TO £100 IF TICKETS ARE LOST) Tickets will be sent special delivery, so will need to be signed for. Please let me know as soon as possible should you want them sent anywhere other than the details on your PAYPAL or EBAY invoice. In the event that you miss the delivery, the Post office will keep the letter for a week then return it to me. If as a result the concert has been and you have missed it due to not picking up the tickets, then I will not be responsible for this and I will not refund you. Once the letter has been sent and providing that delivery was attempted then you are responsible for the tickets. Thus if you are planning to go away or you feel the letter is late contact me and let me know, then we can sort out the problem before its too late.As they are special delivery they will require a signature, in the event of you missing the post then you can pick them up at your local post office depot (sometimes the Royal Mail in their wisdom do not leave a calling card, so be aware of this and contact me ASAP) .IF THE TICKETS HAVE NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THE 24 HOURS DELIVERY TIME THEN CONTACT ME STRAIGHT AWAY- DO NOT LEAVE IT FOR DAYS OR WEEKS IF THE SPECIAL DELIVERY LETTER DOES NOT TURN UP ON THE DAY SPECIFIED AND THE CONCERT IS THAT NIGHT THEN I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE MISSED CONCERT YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST THE ROYAL MAIL. I WILL REFUND THE POSTAGE BUT NOT THE WINING BID AS THE TICKETS WERE SENT SPECIAL DELIVERY AND SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED AS THEY ARE GUARANTEED BY THE ROYAL MAIL. Tickets bought as a BUY IT NOW! (fixed price) are sent recorded delivery (SOMETIMES SPECIAL DELIVERY DEPENDING ON TIME or first class again depending on time scale so they will take a few days to arrive). These also are supposedly to be signed for at the arrival address. AS mentioned above contact me ASAP if you think they are late or missing. The sooner I get to know about it the faster we can trace the tickets Tickets sent abroad are sent via Airsure which is not guaranteed next day but will take up to seven days sometimes more so time is always an issue depending on the date of the concert. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 8 DAYS EVEN THOUGH IT IS SENT FIRST CLASS. SO I WILL NOT REFUND THE TICKETS VALUE IF THE LETTER IS LATE DUE TO ROYAL MAIL, OR CHOOSING THE INCORRECT OPTION OF POSTAGE. IF GOODS ARE LOST THEN I WILL OF COURSE HELP AND REFUND UP TO THE VALUE OF THE POSTAGE THAT WAS CHOSEN.
