           All SINGLE books offered and sold on all of my eBay listings are designed to fit into the shipping envelopes listed above, including the COMBINING of any SINGLE book orders up to and including a MAXIMUM of  fifteen books.

         DOMESTIC SHIPPING: ALL orders are shipped Priority USPO at $6.00 [2-4 days] for the 1^st book, and $1.00 additional for each book up to a MAXIMUM of  fifteen.  Insurance of $1.00 is now MANDATORY for ALL orders.

         FOREIGN SHIPPING: 

ALL order destinations that ACCEPT  Global Priority USPO, are $12.00 [3-10 ays], for the 1^st book and $1.50 additional for each book up to a MAXIMUM of fifteen.  Insurance of $4.00 is now MANDATORY for ALL foreign orders. 

      All foreign destinations that do NOT accept USPO Global Priority, will be shipped airmail, with the cost to be determined AFTER I receive the destination address.
