About Us

We are a family run company which started trading on ebay in July 2002, we have now started to run this as a business since the start of 2009 and will extend our range of products to most car accessories within the next few weeks, so please keep checking back as our stocks start to grow. 
We specialise in automotive bulbs, Xenon replacement bulbs, D2S/D2R bulbs, HID kits and numerous LEDs for interior and exterior uses, and our range of car care products are the cheapest on ebay, check for yourself we will beat any of our competitors prices, we are also in negotiation with a well know engine modification company and soon you will see a new range of exciting products from them courtesy of Alltronix Ltd. 
We feature such brands as Autoglym, CarPlan, Armorall, Wynns, Gunk, Castrol, Interdynamics, Simoniz, Redex, Auto Care, Holts, Richbrook, to name but a few, all at low low prices !!
We are also looking for new products all the time so if you think you have something which you may want to promote within our shop, please drop us a line we'll be happy to discuss, we intend to make Alltronix Automotive Accessories a one stop shop for your car.

Payment

We accept PayPal as our preffered method of payment and find that goods can be dispatched the same day using this way.
We also accept cheques made payable to Alltonix Ltd, please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.
We also accept postal orders again made out to Alltronix Ltd.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, all items are tested prior to shipping, none are sent faulty or not working. 
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials, handling and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. 
Smaller items (upto 1Kg) will be shipped via First Class Royal Mail with heavier items being deliverd using Courier services. When using couriers we like to include a customer contact number on the despatch note.
Where possible we send items with proof of postage, in the event that your item is lost in transit we would advise that a replacement cannot be sent out until that package has been located and return to sender, this may however take 16 to 21 days via the Royal Mail returns system.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered items. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item purchased is suitable for it's intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help you.
We accept no liabilty for damage to owners vehicles, items are supplied only, we do not offer a fitting services and in this instance we suggest you gain proffessional advice before attempting to fit any items supplied by us, all items purchased are fitted at the owners risk, and warranty is provided on the products only.
If you do have a problem in most cases there is a solution, please remember to email first before leaving feedback as we may be able to help.

Returns

Alltronix Ltd will offer a refund or exchange on returned faulty goods whichever is suitable to the buyer and we will also refund any postage costs back to us on receipt of your faulty items after we have tested them to make sure they are deemed faulty, this however does not apply to items which we determine "wrongly fitted, force fitted, misused or damaged” by the customer, and in this instance the customer is responsible for all costs, for postage and/or replacement.
Alltronix Ltd will not send out replacement items or offer refunds until we have the defective items back with us and they have been tested for faults or misuse as stated above.
Please note that to avoid any misunderstanding please send the package with your faulty items Recorded Delivery so there is a tracking number and proof of postage, we will however refund this amount when we have tested the items and deemed them faulty, please include your name address and the reason for the return to avoid delays in processing.
Alltronix Ltd will not accept a verbal, or written confirmation by the customer that a package has been sent back, it must be recorded delivery as the bare minimum.
If you are in any doubt as to your own ability to fit items supplied by us, we strongly suggest you take professional advice before attempting to carry out the work yourself. We do not offer a fitting service, but can offer advice should you need it.
Alltronix Ltd apologises for the inconvenience, and note that all customers must adhere to our company policy.
