All our goods are sent out by either first class recorded post or for larger item weighing over a kilo by business post using their next day signed for service so if you are only home on certain days during the week and do not want the hassle of having to wait for a redelivery then contact us by phone ob 0161 477 1415 to arrange a specific day for your goods to arrive.

We only pass the details onto the courier who will contact you by phone if they have any difficulty in finding your address if we do not have a contact number we can not be held responsible for an item which is returned to us undelivered from the courier if you do not want to leave a contact number with your registration details then send us your contact number through ebay messaging .. Any item return to us as not delivered that does not have a contact number cost our company £15.00 and redeliveries from the local depot back to your address cost us £5.00 so if you choose to not supply us with a contact number or have failed to read these conditions resulting in contact numbers being omitted then we will expect you to pay a second delivery fee if this item is returned back to us.
