Payment
We prefer payment via Paypal but are also happy to accept payment by other methods by prior agreement. NOTE: Payment must be received within five (5) days of auction close or buy-it now purchase. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after ten (10) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction or buy-it now.
Shipping
Postage charge applies to UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) only. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man are subject to a small surcharge, please enquire ( sales@autopartsunlimited.co.uk ) before committing to purchase. We endeavour to ship all items within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. All items are shipped via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or by private carrier and buyers are notified by email when orders are despatched. Where appropriate, tracking numbers and full tracking instructions will be emailed on despatch. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Prior to signing for parcels please check that both the package and the contents are undamaged. Delivery of damaged items should be refused and the courier’s paperwork should be marked “Parcel damaged - delivery refused” - We accept no liability for items found to be damaged after they have been signed for. Please email us within 24hrs to arrange a replacement.

Returns Policy
Please contact us for a returns number before returning any item. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any parcel which does not bear a valid returns number.
Faulty Items
All product warranties and guarantees are provided solely by the product manufacturer and/or the UK distributor. Should an item be found to be faulty please contact us by email or telephone stating when the item was purchased and describing the fault. On most occasions items deemed faulty will have to be returned but where good quality images can be supplied we may be able to use these to come to a conclusion. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and must be discussed with us to obtain a returns number before goods are returned. In the event of a valid warranty claim our liability will be limited to the original purchase price of the item plus the return postage cost. In the event that a warranty claim is deemed invalid we will not be liable for any costs incurred by the claimant including , but not limited to, labour charges, storage costs, vehicle hire costs, postage costs and loss of earnings. All warranties and guarantees are voided in the event that products have been modified or have been sold on to a third party - all warranties and guarantees lie solely with the original purchaser.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our 14 day satisfaction guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can notify us (by post, email or phone) within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return. We will issue you with a returns number and you then have a further 7 days to return the item to us, carriage paid, in its original condition, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) accompanied by your receipt and reason for return. We will issue a full refund (less the postage and packing charge), a credit note, or an alternative item (of the same value), as per your preference, within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for return packages not received – please ensure that any return items are adequately packaged and insured, and that a signature is obtained on delivery.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
