It is the buyers responsibility before purchasing the part to check it is the correct part. We are more than happy to give advice and answer any questions to establish if the item is correct for your car. If a supplied part is returned because it is wrong, (ordered wrong by customer), we will refund the item less original post charge once we receive it back. If you have asked us if the part will fit prior to ordering and we state it will fit, you are then entitled to a full refund including the original cost of delivery, upon receipt of the incorrect part. The cost of returning the part is the customers responsibility in all circumstances.
Any faulty part will be either exchanged or refunded once we receive the faulty item, which must be returned by the customer at the customers own expense. The refund will be for the item only, no postage cost will be refunded. No labour will be paid for fitting the replacement or removing the faulty part.
