Terms and Conditions of Sale

Auction Sales; Items purchased on our auction site must be paid for in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment has not been received after the 7 day deadline either by Paypal, Cheque or Postal orders. We have the right to re-list the item/s, notify ebay of the NON-PAYMENT and claim back the Final Valuation fees we have been charged by ebay at the end of the auction. Failure to complete the transaction within the 7 days will lead to a Non Paying Bidder Alert being sent and added to your ebay record and Negative feedback will also be left on your account to warn other Genuine ebay members that you failed to complete a simple transaction. All our auction sales are private due to interference problems during and after auction sales. Your Bidding ID will be kept private.

Dispatch of items; Most items for sale in our ebay shop are stock items and will be dispatched normally within 24-48hrs of completed Paypal payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will still normally be able to dispatch within 7 days. If for any reason this item is no longer available you will be notified by email and a full Paypal refund will be given, due to the nature of the Parts we sell items often become no longer available to us without any prior notice.

Genuine Parts; All the parts for sale in our ebay shop are Genuine Ford/Cosworth item's unless stated otherwise. Some items may be copies or direct replacements where required, if in doubt please email before you make your purchase.

Size of an item; The size given for item's is accurate to the nearest mm but you will need to check the critical sizes before purchase as refunds cannot be given.

The postage/packing/handling charge (PPH) is calculated in the following way; Cost of Postage, cost of packaging materials required, cost of handling packaging labour charge. Handling means dealing with e-mails to clients regarding postage queries, dispatching, covering the cost of the trips to the Post Office transport ware & tear depreciation of Vehicle.

Paypal payments; Paypal requires that all items paid for using this method MUST have a tracking number in the event of any disputes should a claim arise. Refunds can only be issued once the standard Royal Mail/Parcel Force claims procedure has been followed and a claim for loss or damage has been submitted to Royal Mail/Parcel Force and the customer has replied to the claim inquiry form and returned to the relevant courier. This process can take 2-6 weeks but must be adhered to in all postal claims. Once compensation has been confirmed a full refund will be made to the relevant Paypal account.
