Every unit supplied by National Autoparts is individually inspected and tested by our quality control department before leaving the premises to ensure that correct operational specification is achieved. However in the case of a suspected fault or substandard unit the following procedure must be adhered to.
The unit in question must be returned immediately to our quality control department for inspection.
The nature or cause for complaint must be clearly stated on the accompanying paperwork.
Units returned under the 'No Quibble' Guarantee. Any item found to be defective after inspection by our engineers due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced free of charge or credited under the 'No Quibble Guarantee' scheme. If after examination an item is found not to be defective or reveals faults caused by circumstances beyond our control under the terms of the 'No Quibble Guarantee' this will also be replaced free of charge or credited solely as a gesture of goodwill and without accepting any liability.
