FORD CONSUL MATT BLACK

Here is my Mark2 Ford Consul, 1958. Tax til 10/10 (exempt) and MOT 9/10. Has a v6 Colgne engine, with a transit gearbox, 4 gears and overdrive. Since i have had the car i've put mot and tax on the car, and the recently the engine has been out. The wrong starter motor had been put on at some point, so it knackered the flywheel reingear. I've had the headgaskets done, new flywheel and reingear, also a new starter motor has been put on, new brakes were put through for MOT. The car runs and drives well, and is used for my daily commute (about 18 miles).

car is still registered as having a 1.7 engine so its up to you if you change it

Now for the bad bits;

• driver and passenger side floor pans have 2 minor holes of rot, nothing that can't be sorted.
• rear seat is ripped, could do with new interior in general
• slight dent passenger side wheel arch, again can be fixed.

This car is ready to drive away, and you are more than welcome to come and check it out, but only if you are genuinely interested. No tyre kickers.

Remember this car is not a new car, its 51 years old so will have wear and tear.

The car will also come with 2 spare rear doors, and a spare bonnet which is in good condition, and a front and back bumper.
