All our items are fully inspected and checked BEFORE leaving the shop. All items will be packed 'securely' and sent by whichever postal service you require. If you want a different service that isn't listed, please ask us BEFORE making payment and we will happily arrange this for you. We will post all items within the stated time period but we cant be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as postal service strikes or people who mishandle & damage clearly marked fragile & do not bend items!. Insurance is included in the P & P unless otherwise stated or pre agreed before payment being made. High value and overseas destined items will always be sent by 'Registered and sign for post to avoid any disappointment or loss.


If something arrives damaged or broken, please remember to keep the ALL of the original packaging, photograph the damage wherever possible, this will help us and YOU with any relative insurance claims.Your next step is to then contact us by Email or telephone BEFORE leaving feedback.
