Following on from the hugely successful Part 1 comes Part 2 of this fantastic range of goalkeeping coaching sessions.

Each session has been observed at several Premiership Academy Clubs and the sessions have been developed into a 3 part Goalkeeping item

This item contains over 20 sessions and includes the following:

• Learning to Punch the ball
• Improving Catching & Throwing with keeper volleyball
• Improving Catching & Throwing in Goalie Wars
• Improving Catching & Kicking
• Improving Goalkeeping skills in open field
• Improving pick-up & distribution
• Improving quick transition by goalkeeping
• Improving collection of crosses & accuracy of distribution
• Improving communication & teamwork between goalkeeper & defender
• Improving judgement,communication,positioning & responsibilies
• Improving goalkeepers game skills,communication, handling pressure & positioning
• Improving shot stopping x 2
• Improving coming off line against break-away x 2
• Judging/Recognising through balls & improving play off line
• Improving 1v1 with attackers x 5
• Improving 1v1 situations against break-aways
• Improving Punching Technique
• Learning to intercept crosses from the flanks
• Improving Handling of crosses from the flanks x 2
• Improving handling of crosses from the flank outside the 18 yard box

These sessions have been designed to pinpoint specific skills & develop them to their fullest potential.

These drills will help coaches advance their player's skills, confidence and tactical awareness as they strive for creative, attacking football.

Each drill features the objective, a clear diagram, and easy to follow organisational factors, instructions, coaching points and variations. You will gain EXCITING NEW IDEAS from these excellent drills which will keep your players motivated and interested.
