We will engrave your choice of wording onto the glass in our workshop using traditional sandblast techniques.

There is no limit to the number of words that you can have engraved on the glass, however please bear in mind that the decoration area is approximately 40x40mm, and so lots of words will result in small text.

Each glass is packaged in a blue gift box before being packaged in an outer carton for postage, via Royal Mail First Class.  We can also add a plain card with your message if you would like the item sent to a different address.  Please note that we will obtain a certificate of posting.  If you require any additional security for delivery please let us know.  Royal Mail Recorded Delivery costs an additional 72p, and includes insurance.

Having purchased this item please either:

Add your engraving text and typeface to the notes section of the Paypal form; or

Email your engraving text and typeface to us via Ebay messaging facility; or

Post your engraving text and typeface to us with your payment by cheque.

We are always happy to combine postage costs on multiple auctions - please contact us for combined postage costs or International postage.

If you are a sports club or other society please contact us by email before placing your order.

We can also add your logo to glassware, please contact us for a competitive quotation.

We will aim to despatch your order within 5 working days of receiving your payment, and if there is any delay we will always contact you.  We can turn orders around faster than this, please contact us if your item is needed urgently.  This may incur a small additional charge.

Please note that as each item is engraved to your specification we cannot accept returns, unless we have made a mistake on your item.  Please check spellings carefully and if you have any specific layout requirements please let us know when completing you order.  We package all glassware very carefully and it is very rare that items arrive broken.  If you are concerned about this please select the Royal Mail Insurance option in the checkout process as this will provide cover for replacement items.
