Returns
We accept returns.
However we would appreciate an email in the first instance to see if things can be rectified without you having the trouble of returning your item.
Please keep in touch, this way your eBay experience will be a good one!
Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item if you intend returning it. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of you receiving the item.
Your returned item must be in the same condition as when we posted it to you and you must pay for the return postage and get a "proof of posting certificate" from the GPO.
We accept a no quibble return policy, this means you can return your item in the condition it arrived to you and receive a refund for any reason at all.
Items that you have worn or used cannot be refunded unless there is a fault. Please email us as soon as you find the item is faulty.
Please include your Ebay ID or the item number as this will speed up your refund.
Feedback
Once you have left us positive feedback then we will do the same for you. We do not leave negative feedback.
Non-Paying eBayers
We abide by distance selling regulations. This allows you to change your mind about a purchase and cancel your order. In the rare incidence that you do change your mind please contact us and we will begin a mutual withdrawal through Ebay that allows us to reclaim our fees with no adverse effect on your Ebay record.
We do not leave negative feedback if you keep in touch, via email, even if the sale is cancelled or refunded.
If we have not received your payment after 7 days and you have not emailed us, we will email you as a friendly reminder. If payment is still not received and you have not emailed us then we will start the unpaid item strike 10 days after the date of sale. This could lead to a strike on your record, so please get in touch if there is a problem or you need a little longer to pay.
Mistakes and Problems.
All our items are described to the best of our ability and are checked before dispatch and measurements are checked at the time of listing. All measurements are approximate. We endeavour to not make mistakes, but we are only human! (this is questionable, at times!) However, if we have made a mistake or if you have a problem with your item please email us and we will help to resolve things with you. Please remember if you do not get in touch then we cannot help.
