Now that winter is upon us our thoughts will be turning to making flies ready for next season, and this book is ideal for someone who wishes to learn the art (indeed it also covers other aspects of rod and tackle making and refurbishing). It explains all the techniques used in tying flies and the section of 66 pages devoted to the subject includes many standard patterns. It is a hardback book of 220 pages illustrated with diagrams in a fine used condition with no inscriptions and in a very good dust jacket. It has the added bonus of being the 1971 First Edition.
