This is a Low Season (weeks 1 - 9, 46 - 50) Floating Week for a 1 bedroom apartment, sleeping 4, at Royal Oasis at Pueblo Quinta (formerly Royal Oasis at La Quinta) in Benalmádena, Costa del Sol, a Diamond Resorts International complex. (see www.diamondresorts.com/Royal-Oasis-Club-at-Pueblo-Quinta)

2009 Fees paid in full and I have booked week of 5 December for my own use, hence buyer will have availability from January 2010, subject to payment of Maintenance Fees before the end of that month. 2009 fees were £355.64 plus Sinking Fund £39.40.

There is a £200 Transfer Fee payable to Diamond Resorts.

Benalmádena is between Torremolinos and Fuengirola, is about a €30 taxi ride from Málaga Airport and is also on the Málaga - Fuengirola Rail Link (as is the airport but the last time I was there the Aeroport station was across one building site and in the middle of another!
