A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.

UK Buyers- Payments
1.I prefer payment by Paypal.
2.I will accept UK postal orders and UK cheques. Please note that payment by cheque may result in delayed dispatch of your items as I may not post until payment has cleared. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt to clear cheques as they are banked weekly (more often where possible)
3.I will also accept a direct bank transfer. Please email for details.
Overseas Buyers- Payments
International sales by Paypal only.
1. I am prepared to send to most countries however shipping rates vary hugely so please email for a quote before purchasing if your country is not specifed. If an item is disallowed in any particular country I will NOT send to that country, eg. some countries don't allow import of cosmetics.
2. Parcels sent by standard airmail (shipping price quoted) are NOT trackable. If you require a tracking no you will need to purchase Airsure insurance. Insurance is payable in addition to shipping charges quoted.
3.All International orders over £25.00 must be insured. Insurance will be Royal Mail Airsure (trackable) or’ International signed for’ (trackable until leaves UK) depending on availability to any specific destination.
Airsure destinations: Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA
Airsure rates : where value of parcel < £32.00 = £4.20, >£32.00 = £6.20.
All other destinations by International signed for. International signed for is only trackable until it leaves the UK.
International signed for rates: where value of parcel <£32.00 = £3.50, >£32.00 = £5.50.
4. I reserve the right to cancel a sale should appropriate insurance not be purchased.
5. Any import duties imposed by the destination country customs department are the responsibility of the buyer.
Combined postage/shipping
1. Purchase of more than one item will mean I can reduce the postage charge for you, generally the more items purchased the better the reduction available. I do not use the automatic postage reduction service as it cannot take account of weights and measurements. Please email for a combined invoice and I will combine items in the cheapest way for you.
2. I do charge a small amount towards packaging and service which includes an amount towards fuel and parking to go to the Post Office.
3.Where free shipping is offered items will be sent via Royal Mail second class post unless otherwise indicated on the listing.
4. If you would like your parcel sent by recorded delivery and this is not offered please email for an amended invoice.
Dispatch/Postage
1. I post Monday to Friday and generally items are dispatched on a next day basis (following receipt of cleared payment) but please allow 2/3 working days for dispatch as at busy times its not always possible to dispatch next day. If you need your parcel in a hurry please let me know and I will do my best to oblige.
2. If dispatch is delayed for some reason, I always send an explanatory email.
3. I cannot determine delivery times once an item is dispatched, but should you encounter a problem will do my best to help.
Returns Policy
1.In accordance with DSR a goodwill refundis available for items returned unused and still tagged (untagged if sold untagged) within 14 days.
2.Items returned minus tags will be refunded at 60% of original price provided they are in an unused condition.
3.Items returned in a used condition will NOT be accepted and will be returned to sender.
4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded unless the item has been substantially misrepresented or is faulty. I recommend you use a postage service that requires a signature when returning an item. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery.
