I only accept paypal as it's safest for both parties. I mail the same day funds clear. I use the cheapest method to make sure you're buying a bargain and not erroneously inflating my price. I always get proof of posting so that you can make a claim if anything goes astray. I will mail abroad, but the extra cost must be met by you and paid as part of the invoice I send when I've found the cheapest price. I give fair descriptions , fair starting prices and you should always assure yourself of what you're bidding on, so there should be no need for returns. If you wish to you may at your own expense. Remember this is an auction so caveat emptor - let the buyer beware - but by all means ask a question if you need clarification.
