30 Day Non Faulty returns and exchanges
Here at Boxing and Fitness we operate a no hassle 30 day money back guarantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company of bricks and mortar give you ample time to return those unwanted items. Boxing and Fitness must simply receive the goods back within 30 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Boxing and Fitness reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and Boxing and Fitness accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Boxing and Fitness.

If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £5.00 one item and £8.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund.

For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns
On proven faulty goods Boxing and Fitness will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange.  For your protection we suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. All products we advertise are hand selected because of there quality,if you are unhappy with the quality or performance of as product, please email us on johneastern@googlemail.com.
