Big Red Warehouse Returns Policy.

Newcron Ltd trading as Big Red Warehouse complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.

To return a product you must comply with the following:

• Inform us by phone, post, or e-mail within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us. 
• Non faulty products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (return postage/carrier cost will be the customers expense). We can arrange collection by our carrier for a cost of £5.50 which will be deducted from any refund of non faulty products.
• Non faulty products returned within 7 days must be in original packaging, unopened and suitable for re-sale.
• Returned goods must have RMA reference number supplied by us when contacted, along with details of customer name, address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.

What we will refund:

• (Non faulty products) Full sale price charged for product only, subject to the above conditions being met.
• (Faulty products) Product exchange if possible will be offered or a full refund including delivery charges if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Big Red Warehouse definition of faulty product is a product with a manufacturing defect. 

Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
