A full refund will be made via paypal (UK sterling) if the item is received and is not as described- this includes refund of return postage via postage method of special delivery £5.05 only. Monies will be returned once the item has been recieved and verified to be in the same condition as was sent, this includes a thorough examination of stones, metal and condition. Agreement of inaccuracy in description must be made on a mutual basis for the return to be completed. 

Under the Distance Selling regulations act buyers have 7 days only to cancel the transaction and have returned the goods for reasons other than unsatisfactory description, however contact should be sought immediately for this process.
Again monies will only be returned upon inspection of the item, and indeed if the item is in exactly the same condition as was sent- this includes any additional wear of the item, stones, metal and condition. Thorough tests for this process may take between 3-5 days.
In this case ONLY refund is subject to a restocking fee;
All returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover administration of the transaction including paperwork, ebay fees, import duties and handling as charged by UK customs, where relevant.
This is charged at the following rates:
Returns from UK and EU 12% of hammer price. Minimum charge £10. 
Returns from the rest of the world for items of hammer price £75 or less, 20% of hammer price, minimum charge £10. For items of hammer price over £75 18%.
For returns under the distance selling regulations act return postage is at the expense of the buyer, and the buyer is held responsible for any damage or loss incured during return postage.

For any other returns we are happy to offer instead of the return of monies an exchange for an item of the same value, of more, with the difference to be paid by the buyer. In this case once again the item returned must be returned in the same condition as was sent.

No refunds will be made for tampered goods, including re-sizing, changing of stones, changing of metal, additional wear to the item etc. Rigorous tests will be applied to returned goods to confirm the status of the item.
