POSTAGE, PACKING, REFUNDS AND DELIVERY NOTES

Most smaller and light items sent 1st class Royal Mail Packet

Most heavier and bulkier items sent by Parcel Post Standard

I keep accurate records of all transactions and have proof of posting receipts for all items posted. Receipts will be scanned and emailed in the event of any problems occurring. Buyers wanting extra posting services (recorded etc) will have to contact me before purchase to arrange extra costs.

All of my items are posted in either brand new boxes or brand new padded bags. All protection is by new bubblewrap, and other cartons if required. All seams are taped for security.

We post out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as a minimum. I cannot predict when the items will arrive at their destination.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Most of my products are tried and tested over many years within our aquatic centre. Many are wholesaled around the country, but not at ebay prices! In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products we offer the refund policy below.

Foods and chemicals. Must be returned in unused unopened containers and be returned after authorisation in its original packaging. Chemicals will be tested in our labs to confirm no tampering has taken place.

Other “dry goods”  Must be returned after authorisation in original packaging, and in unused condition.

All refunds must be agreed and authorised by Shourai before anything is returned.
