How fast will my item arrive ?

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged in transit
or is faulty please contact us stating
your eBay user id, item number and
details of the product fault or damage.
We must be notified by email within 48
hours of receipt of the item.
We will ask you to return the
damaged/faulty item to us. Once the item
has been received by us we will then
exchange the item and issue a refund for
your reasonable return postage costs.
Unwanted items
The item must be returned with its
original box and packaging materials and
manuals, and must be unused and
undamaged. We carefully inspect returned
items upon receipt before issuing
exchanges or refunds. Any used items
will be refused and returned at the
customer’s expense.
Refunds for unwanted items or items
purchased incorrectly by the customer
are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and
any shipping charges are non refundable.
The refund procedure will be processed
within 7 business days after receiving
and checking the items.
Incorrect items
If we send you the wrong item, please
contact us stating your eBay user id,
item number and details of the error. We
must be notified by email within 48
hours of receipt of the item.
We will ask you to return the
damaged/faulty item to us. Once the item
has been received by us we will then
exchange the item and issue a refund for
your reasonable return postage costs.
General Return’s procedure
The item must be accompanied with a
letter explaining the reason for return,
please remember to include your eBay
user ID and item number, also a daytime
contact number where possible.
We strongly recommend returning the item
insured for the full purchase price and
shipped to us via a traceable means. We
are not responsible for any items lost
in transit while returning the item to
us.
A replacement (where applicable) will
then be dispatched immediately. If we do
not have a replacement item in
stock, you can ask to be refunded in
full or wait for new stock to arrive.
An item will only be considered lost
once it is accepted by the courier or
royal mail as missing, which can take up
to 15 working days. If you are not sure
