Refunds not given except in cases of Unintentional Mis-description

All items must be checked for damage upon arrival BEFORE you sign for them

We CANNOT  refund or exchange any parts damaged in transit if signed for in good order

There is no claim against the Sender or Courier if Goods damaged in transit are signed for  as

 "Received in Good Condition"

Upon receipt please thoroughly check the goods BEFORE accepting & signing for them.  If damage is found please REFUSE delivery & notify us immediately.  If you later discover damage, the carrier will not accept responsibility & we will therefore not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

IF THE BUYER OR BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE SIGNS FOR & ACCEPTS THE ITEM

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE ACCEPT RETURN

We sell glass, lamps  and panels for many models - Unfortunately we do not know of any courier that will insure against damage or breakages.  We dispatch glass related items at buyer's risk, rest assured we do our utmost to pack all items safely.  Therefore, all glass, lamps, glass related items  and panels are sent entirely at buyer's  risk

It assists our Carrier if we have a contact telephone number

Any goods damaged in transit must be reported by 11.00am on the day following delivery & confirmed in writing immediately

All our items are "Security" marked both visibly & non-visibly
