SHIPMENT We send parcels only on work days from Monday to Friday. We use post or courier service. If on auction is oportunitty to choose transport then client decide about transport form by marking suitable field. We send parcels on a day, which money to 3 p.m. are booked on our account. Usually they come to client in about 2-4 days, but it concern from courier service. But we haven't influence and don't take responsibility for them. Return policy

REFUNDS
Refund is possible in 14 days since you receive item without giving any reason about it. Condition is only one. Item must return never used, in original package with receipt which always is join to parcel. In this case we will return to client for shown account only price of item and shipment cost for both ways will pay client. Before you will send back parcel to us it's necessarily to inform us by sending email by e-bay system to agree refund details.

PARCELS DIDN'T TAKE
If client didn't take parcel in regulation term and parcel will return to us it's possible 2 solutions. First one client will pay for our account shipment cost of return parcel to us and postage for next shipment and then we will send this parcel once again. Second one we will return for his account only price of item (without postage), reduced on cost of return this parcel.

COMPLAINTS
For All our items we give 12 months of warranty valid on base of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice VAT) always join to parcel. Client during receipt parcel from courier in his attendance should check goods are they undamaged. In case that something is damaged should write damage protocol and refuse to receive this parcel. If client didn't realize this condition all complaints relating mechanical damages will be consider negative. However if client use above procedures or item will have hidden/internal/factory-made defect please immediately contact us to set details of next complaint procedure. In case when we ask you about sending back defect part to us must be pack in original package (which was deliver to client) and must be join proof of purchase.
