BUYING

We are selling goods of high quality and, if used, in a good working order. All items are sold as in listing and are divided in 4 main groups:

1.     Brand new and boxed;

2.     Brand new, not boxed;

3.     Used but in good, working order;

4.     Used and with small problems, stated in a listing.

We sell a lot of rare items and it is difficult to find them anywhere for such a low price. We want to ask all the exacting customers not to buy in our shop as we prefer goodwill customers with understanding that they are buying goods for &20 instead of &60 in another shop…

Bidding
 Before you bid, please make sure you get all the information about the product you are bidding on. I will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
 Bid only if you are serious about buying and please pay promptly. Pay pal is preferred.
 It is in the best interest for all parties to do business within eBay’s policy. I would rather not sell outside of eBay.

Shipping and Handling
 The shipping and handling fees are not just freight cost only. It is my best interest to give you the fastest and most reliable carrier at the lowest cost possible. There are other fees involved that we as sellers incur from eBay, PayPal, freight companies and shipping supply vendors. These fees add to cost of the product.

If you need to change the shipping address, please add a note in PayPal when making payment.

Please provide your correct detailed address and full name in PayPal.

Item will be shipped up to ten business days after received the payment. As a rule it takes much less time but now Royal Mail has a lot of problems. If you need an item ASAP, please, get in touch with us and get to know delivery time otherwise we take no responsibility.

If you have not got your order within 21 days after your payment is clear, please DO e-mail us your PayPal date and your item # and your shipping   address, we will track your order, and get your back in 1-2 business days.

Under Royal Mail’s guidelines items can only be considered missing after 14 working days have passed.

In the event of a lost item a replacement will be sent as soon as the loss has been verified by the courier.
