You are looking at a great item Brand name Fend-Fix these are size XL for rails 20-25mm and rope from 4-8mm.  They make tying off your fenders a doddle just put the fender rope in the fastener and you can then fix and adjust the fenders with one hand also makes it very easy to adjust the fender for varying height IE coming alongside a wall and then a pontoon. The item is new comes in a pair.  Check out my other items!
