This expansion to the Federation Commander system adds 16 new ships to the game, two new full colour asteroid map panels and 148 new counters.

FEDERATION COMMANDER: ROMULAN ATTACK is for 2 - 8 players and does require FEDERATION COMMANDER: KLINGON BORDER or ROMULAN BORDER to be able to be played.
