It is in everyone's interest to have a safe and pleasant transaction. To provide you with piece of mind and security I offer a 14 day warranty policy on all items (unless stated in the description). All items are graded and tested and I always aim to give an accurate and honest description and prompt dispatch of items. I provide this period so you have sufficient timescale to fully test out the equipment to ensure all is working as advised.
Should the item develop a fault within this time frame or arrives faulty - you are entitled to return the product for replacement or full refund within 14 calendar days after shipment of the product. Please do not return anything without emailing me first.
Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs in all circumstances.
I therefore strongly recommend that products are quickly inspected and any faults found that have not been described are reported to me at once. |
