Shipping

UK Shipping:
We charge a minimal fee which is just £4 for the first item and £2 for every item there after.
All our products are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase and are packaged to a superior standard.
All rolls sent will be the same batch number.
All orders that reach us before 12:00pm noon will be dispatched the same working day otherwise the order will be dispatched the next working day to UK addresses.
Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday morning.
For standard UK delivery you will need to allow two to three working days for the service.

* The maximum UK shipping cost (however many rolls you order!) will only ever be £12.

Worldwide Shipping:
We are happy to send goods worldwide, please contact us before ordering.

Sample products can be requested and will be sent by post free of charge.

RETURNS POLICY:
Due to the ever changing batch numbers we are unable to offer refunds on over ordered wallpaper and/or changes of mind on the pattern/design you have ordered. 

If you are just not sure of colour please request a sample from us.

We will replace any goods proven to be faulty. 

Returns must be completed within 7 days of receipt.

You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and further damage before returning them to us. 

We require return of all faulty products (including labels) for any faults to be considered. 

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning items. We are unable to refund any postage and handling fees. However, we will cover the cost of postage for any replacement items issued.

We cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit.
