I know nothing about stamps or first day covers so they are sold as seen.

Payment via paypal please within 3 days of the auction end.  If you cannot comply with this please contact me before bidding.  I can also accept cheques but again please contact me before bidding to arrange.  If paying by cheque I will need to have cleared the cheque before the item is dispatched.
 
Collection in person can be arranged to save postal charges.
 
I post twice a week on a Wednesday or Thursday (not both days) and then again on Saturday.  I will always send you a dispatch email when the item has been sent so you know when to expect delivery.
 
I pack in plastic and in brown paper so your item should reach you safely even after having been in the hands of the post office!  I do sometimes use re-cycled packaging in an attempt to help reduce environmental pollution but only when it is suitable to do so.
 
I estimate the postal cost using the royal mails postal calculation as I do not have a set of postal scales to be accurate.  In the event that I have over estimated the postal fees by 50p or more I shall refund the difference.  The 50p is my standard packing charge to cover for packing materials.
 
I value good service and do not sell items that I would not want to receive myself.  I am a private seller not a business and all items offered for sale are genuinely items no longer required by myself and my family.
 
In the event that you are not happy with the item or the service provided please contact me before leaving negative feedback or less than 5 star rating as I will always do my best to rectify problems where I can.
