I am able to offer a 7 day Money Back Guarantee on items that are faulty and not subject to buyers remorse.  This is of course subject to the item being returned to me in 'exactly' the same condition and original packaging as it was received, all tags (if any) must be in place and the item MUST NOT be worn. I MUST be advised that you are returning an item to us within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the item may be made upon receipt & inspection of the goods (not inc. postage), so please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.(I DO NOT accept returns on Jewellery, Hats or Health & Beauty Products for hygiene purposes)
All postage costs due to a Return must be paid by the customer. (I DO NOT refund Postage Costs).
 
POSTAL DELAY/MISSING ITEM
Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. Please be patient, and wait three days after the estimated delivery date (minimum 7 day's) before contacting me about the possibility of a missing order. In the interim, we recommend that you ask you local postal sorting office if they have already tried to deliver your item and you could even ask your neighbours if your package has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. If your order hasn't arrived 15 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us to initiate the refund process.

All of my personal items are 100% authentic hallmarked, branded and designer names ~ Under no circumstances would I knowingly sell a counterfeit product or item ~ I pride myself in my Honesty and Reliability.

All of my items are stored in a smoke and pet free environment.
