Payment

Please pay for all items within 7 days of the auction ending. Any items not paid for after 7 days will be subject to a Non-Paying Bidder dispute via eBay.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered if an item is SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED OR DAMAGED ITEMS. All health and Beauty products are new and unused, unless otherwise stated. Used and vintage clothing and accessories are pre-worn and will show signs of wear, all of which will be clearly stated in the listing. Vintage clothing sizes are also different so all measurements should be carefully checked prior to bidding. Please read the Guide to Used and Vintage Clothing and the Size Guide for further information. Requests for refunds should be made within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting me via eBay messages, explaining the reason for refund request. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return postage costs and items should be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. The refund will be processed as soon as the item is received and inspected.
