The cost is £69.00 to mainland England and Wales.   We do'not deliver to Scotland Ireland or the Channel islands

The delivery charge is passed on to an independent company and cannot be refunded under any circumstances

 We use two man teams of
 professional delivery staff who will be more than happy to place items into a room of your choice.

A. Yes this sofa is brand new

Q. Can i view your sofas before i make a purchase
A. You may visit our warehouse from monday to friday between 10am to 4pm by prior arrangement only

Q. Dose this sofa come with any sort of warranty                   
A. Our sofas are covered against manufacturing faults, not wear & tear or misuse for 12 months

Q. What if i dont want the sofa after it arrives
A. You must notify us within seven days, we will collect the sofa  at our convenience, the delivery charge will not be refunded
     The sofa must be in re-sellable condition                                                                                                       

Q. Can i pay on the day of delivery
A. Yes providing you pay with cash you may pay in full on the day of delivery

Q. How do i choose which colour or direction i want
A. Send us a message through Ebay "not email" with your choice  along with a telephone number as soon as you make a purchase

Q. When will my sofas be delivered
A. We aim to offer customers a delivery day within 15 working days starting from the time you confirm your address and contact details Via Ebay

Q. Can i delay delivery
A. Yes, send us a message through Ebay with the date we can deliver from

Q. What if i am not at my property when my sofas arrive
A. If we have not been able to contact you prior to delivery, roughly 1 hour before arrival if possible, then we will still proceed to your home
     But if you are not in we will not wait ! and reserve the right to charge for another delivery

Q. Can i request delivery on a specific day or am / pm
A. No we do not agree specific delivery days or times 

Q.Do you deliver to Ireland, Scotland or the channel islands
A. No But you are welcome to arrange for an independent courier company to collect from us on your behalf (collections must be booked in ) 

Q. Do we deliver at weekends
A. No deliveries are Monday to friday usually between 8am to 5pm

Q. What happens if the sofas will not fit into my house
A. It is your responsibility to check the dimensions on the advert and your home if your sofas will not fit you can return them
   (Delivery Charges will not be refunded)

Q. Will you remove my old sofas
A. No you are responsible for the removal of your old furniture before we arrive
