All our products are either made to order according to customer’s own fabric/colour choice or made to measure (excluded from - not covered by distance selling regulations) For this reason, we only accept returns for items that have been received either faulty or damaged in transit. In the event that your purchase arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please contact seller within 7 working days of receipt via ebay message service (Monday-Friday excluding UK bank holidays) giving full details and reason for return. You will be contacted by the seller to make suitable arrangements for the collection of your return item, which must be securely packed (by you the buyer) in its original packaging in "as new" condition ready for collection. Once your returned item is delivered back to us, it will pass through our quality control department for inspection and will either be made good or replaced and returned to you as quickly as possible. We advise that you ask as many questions about a listed item before buying, especially in relation to size, fabric and colour etc. If you would like a fabric sample before you buy, send your request/address via ebay message service.
