UK RETURNS POLICY (CUSTOMER CARE COVER)

We extend a 90 day Customer Care Cover as follows:
Refund/Exchange under the following conditions:-

1. Unopened product(s) returned within 14 days of despatch. 'Purchased in error Only' (Postage cost not refundable).

2. Return only postage allowance (U.K.) given if 'avbristol' is notified within 7 days of despatch, of a fault, (Only through Ebay message service ). Subject to receipt of postage and to a max of avbristol outward cost and is proven faulty by our workshop test.

3. Exchange or repair goods producing tested faults after 7 days of despatch and within 90 days of Despatch (No outward or return Postage Allowance Given).

4. 'SUMMARY' avbristol outward postage price is NON-REFUNDABLE.

INTERNATIONAL (EXPORT ITEMS) RETURNS POLICY

1. As Above - Terms apply - With exceptions below.

2. Buyer is responsible for all return cost(s) to the U.K.

3. Unless the buyer takes extended insurance at the time of purchase - PLEASE ENQUIRE.

4. We do not cover International buyers for change of mind.

UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS :-

A. Product is returned within the above conditions.

B. Product not abused or damaged upon receipt by avbristol. 

C. Manufacturers and avbristol customers advice have been adhered to. 

D. Product returned with all original accessories and packaging.

E. All Claims subject to workshop test for verification of claim.
